From Clients (Companies)

• Company name and contact email
• Account password (stored securely hashed)
• usage data (tests sent, dashboard activity)

From Candidates

• Name and email address (provided by the Client or the candidate)
• Test answers and scores
• IP address and browser user-agent (for anti-cheat monitoring)
• Behavioral data during the test (tab switches, focus events, copy/paste attempts)

3. Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)

• Contract performance: To deliver the assessment service requested by our Clients.
• Legitimate interest: To monitor test integrity and detect cheating, protecting the value of our service for all users.
• Consent: Candidates agree to the test terms before starting.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To administer cognitive assessments and deliver results to the Client.
• To detect and flag potential cheating or AI usage during tests.
• To send email notifications (invitations, results).
• To improve our service and test quality.

5. Data Sharing

We share candidate test results only with the Client who initiated the assessment. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We may use third-party services (email delivery, hosting) that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

6. Data Retention

Test data and candidate information are retained for the duration of the Client's account. Candidates may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
